1. Project Initiation

Once a project has been initiated and the advance payment is made, it confirms the client’s commitment to proceed.

Advance payments are non-refundable, as they are used to cover project planning, resource allocation, and initial design work.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

If the project has not been started (no design or development work has begun) within 15 days of payment, due to delays solely from our side.

If Algotrick Solution fails to deliver the project as per the mutually agreed-upon scope or timeline, and no alternative resolution can be agreed upon.

3. No Refund in These Cases

No refund will be issued:

Once the design mockups or initial development work has been shared.

For change of mind or project cancellation by the client after work has begun.

If delays occur due to client-side issues, such as lack of feedback, content, or approvals.

For third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins, or software licenses) once purchased.

4. Partial Refund (If Applicable)

In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered if both parties mutually agree that discontinuing the project is the best course of action.

Any refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and resources used.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original mode of payment.

The client will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
